Aseptic patches are suitable for applying to trauma and postoperative wounds after debridement, and can also be used for fixing intravenous infusion catheters.
The ordinary sterile patch is composed of a substrate, isolation paper (or added core), etc; The foam type, water gel type and alginate type are all composed of base material, isolation paper and core coating, or can be made from core coating alone. The product should be flat, smooth, and free of dirt and damage; The adhesive strength shall not exceed 2.5mm; The peel strength of ordinary type, foam type and alginate type adhesive layers shall not be less than 1.0N/cm; The peel strength of the water-based adhesive layer should not be less than 0.8N/cm; The foam type shall have good water absorption, and its saturated water absorption weight ratio shall not be less than 1:5. The product should be sterile. If ethylene oxide is used for sterilization, the residual amount should not exceed 25mg/Kg; The product has no skin irritation or delayed sensitization reactions, and its cytotoxicity should not exceed level I.
