Raw materials for medical cotton swab sticks

1. Skimmed cotton:

a) The quality of defatted cotton used for producing cotton balls must meet the requirements of YY0330-2002. Medical disposable disinfectant cotton swabs must hold a Medical Device Registration Certificate and pass the factory inspection conclusion;

b) The cotton fibers of cotton swabs should be soft, white, odorless, and free of yellow spots, stains, and foreign objects.

2. Bar:

a) The surface of plastic rods and paper rods should be smooth, free of burrs, and free of stains and foreign objects;

b) The surface of wooden and bamboo sticks should be smooth, without breakage, sterile medical cotton swabs, and free of stains and foreign objects.

Appearance

The cotton swab must be clean, with a white and soft cotton swab head, and the whole branch must have no odor.

Physical performance

1. Cotton head pull-out force: The cotton sticky roll should be tight inside and loose outside, able to withstand 100g of tensile force, and the cotton head should not completely fall off;

2. Bending resistance: The bar should be able to withstand an external force of 100g without deformation or fracture.
