After the surgery is completed, the power supply to the network must be cut off (by using the dual power cut-off switch installed on the wall by the user).

The maintenance of surgical shadowless lamps (in addition to daily maintenance) must be carried out by personnel designated by Medical Fifth Factory.

Special reminder: Only after the installation of the rotary body, balancer, and lamp head is completed, can the screws for installing the limit block be unscrewed and the lower limit block be removed. At this time, the lamp head can move up and down. When removing the lamp head, it is necessary to tighten the installation limit block correctly with screws in a timely manner before removing the lamp head to ensure safety.

Replace the light bulb and cut off the power supply. Then use your thumb to push the locking hook of the disinfection handle, remove the disinfection handle, and use a screwdriver to remove the light source system. Only after confirming that the light bulb has cooled down can the damaged light bulb be replaced. Attention: Do not directly hold the light bulb with your hands to avoid fingerprints leaving on the new bulb and affecting the light source.

Before surgery, the disinfection handle should be removed and disinfected with 75% alcohol, and the lamp head should be wiped clean with a soft cloth dipped in 75% alcohol.

The lamp panel on the lamp head should be wiped clean with glass cleaner. Attention: Handle, disinfection handle, and lamp panel should not be cleaned with organic solvents.

After the surgery is completed, the power must be cut off.

To adjust the balance force, first remove the plastic cover near the lamp head of the balancer, find the round nut inside the balancer tube, and use a dedicated adjustment rod to adjust the up and down movement force of the lamp head, so that the up and down movement force of the lamp head is basically consistent.

Damping adjustment: The adjustment of the rotation of the lamp body around the main shaft, using a flat screwdriver for adjustment, and the analysis and troubleshooting method of clockwise needle rotation force applied to the surgical shadowless lamp.
